Join us for an unforgettable winter evening at The Mill Kitchen & Bar, featuring a four-course wine dinner curated by Executive Chef Derek Dollar.


We are honored to welcome winemaker and owner Eric Jensen, showcasing an exceptional lineup from Booker Vineyard, My Favorite Neighbor, and Harvey & Harriet Winery.



Each course will be thoughtfully paired to highlight the depth, balance, and character of these acclaimed wines, creating an experience that’s equal parts refined and inviting.
