New Year and New Happenings at The Mill

2021 is fast approaching, and if you’re anything like us, you’re probably pretty relieved. At The Mill Kitchen and Bar, we’ve been working harder than ever to ensure our loyal patrons feel safe and secure during their dining experience. Our downtown Roswell restaurant has lined up events to welcome the new year in style as well as maintain safe social distancing protocol, so you can safely celebrate the season with southern comfort food and a friendly atmosphere. New Year’s Eve Party 

New Year’s Eve is fast approaching, and that of course means a party to say goodbye to the roller coaster year that was 2020 and hello to a fresh start. We’re currently taking reservations for our New Year’s Eve 2021 Party.

Dinner reservations are offered at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. for two-hour seating. The 9 p.m. seating comes as a New year’s Eve Package, and includes a complimentary bottle of champagne, a specialty dessert, dancing and a midnight balloon drop. A DJ will start at 10 p.m. to help ring in the New Year at The Mill.

Reserve a Seat for Our 4-Course Wine Dinner 

A new year is bringing hope to many, and we’ve got something great to look forward to in January. Our Austin Hope Wine Dinner is scheduled for 6 p.m. January 21. Limited reservations are available for this four-course meal featuring Austin Hope wines.

Expanded Outdoor Seating, Bar Coming Soon 

At The Mill, we’re committed to constantly working to improve our restaurant offerings. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, so we’re working hard to make some updates to our outdoor seating. 

Currently, updates to our patio include the addition of industrial-strength heaters and a roaring fireplace to keep patrons toasty and warm while they dine. But we’re not stopping there. Next year we’ll be adding a brand-new covered patio and outside bar. Not only will this addition be helpful as we begin the next year still following social distancing and increased cleaning requirements, but also well into the future as an additional space for folks to enjoy their favorite Roswell restaurant in the fresh air.
